 This page contains information concerning the 2012 RYLA camp; however, it serves as a familiarization of the annual process. The 2013 camp information will be posted as soon as it is available.

- Counselor and/or Assistant CounselorForms - Applications, Health Certificate, Waiver and Medical Authorization, and RYLA Background Release.  

The following instructions are to be followed after the 2013 camp documents are posted:  After opening a file, it is recommended that you fill out the forms on your computer. Then, you can save the document to your computer, print it out and have everyone sign in the appropriate places.

Once you have filled out the 2013 forms and signed them, please mail them to the addresses indicated on the forms.
